Share the Legacy!
As stewards of this 150-year-old+ 36-acre camp, we have a responsibility to preserve these historic grounds for the future.
The preservation and restoration project is funded by private donations from generous individuals, community organizations, foundations, and businesses, just like you.
It will be your campground — for your use and your enjoyment. Phase I is underway and we are seeking funds for the initial plans related to the buildings, grounds & infrastructure requirements.
Please join your community to help us complete this worthy project and meet our fundraising goals to ensure the continued success of this historic and regional treasure for future generations.
Donations of all sizes are appreciated with donations of $10,000 or more recognized on the Founder’s Donor Wall to be located at the front entry gate off Algonquin Road. Gifts can be made by cash, stock or credit card; multi-year pledges can be made for up to five years.
Your financial support preserves this rare and historic campground established in 1860 for future generations.
We hope you will contribute an amount that makes you feel good about supporting the important work we are doing and the place and experience you value.
